Job Description Hands-on, self directed, engineer, or scientist, needed to direct the development of improved Bridgman and vertical Bridgman gallium arsenide crystal growth processes. Support production crystal growth needs (loading, compounding, single crystal growth, evaluation). Oversee impurity control and rework procedures for the facility. Qualifications BS, or advanced degree, in Materials Science, or related field. Prefer some knowledge of crystal growth equipment and manufacturing methods.
