Seeking Senior Process development engineer with significant experience
in the area of EPI. Particular focus on SiGe EPI, selective EPI processes
and doped films would be strongly preferred. Experience operating Applied Materials
Centura EPI platform (200mm) a distinct advantage.
Location: Dresden, Germany
Duration: Contract - 2 Years and/or Permanent position
