Crystal IS seeks crystal growth technicians for on-going process development and manufacturing operations in support of their world leading effort in native single-crystal aluminum nitride (AlN) development and manufacturing. Semiconductor manufacturing and Quality Management Systems (QMS) experience is desired. This position involves extensive interaction with in-house crystal growth experts, physical handling of growth component hardware, process set-up, and operation record-keeping. The position requires a flexible work schedule with possible night shift work.
Key Responsibilities
- Set-up and operation of high temperature crystal growth equipment
- Quality Manufacturing System (QMS) driven continuous process improvement
- Preventative equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Good written and oral communication ability
- Hands-on equipment building and/or trouble shooting experience
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Meticulous attention to details
