Responsible for development of MOCVD growth and regrowth process of semiconductor laser structures and establish critical to function process parameters. Responsibilities:  Design, optimization and maintenance of all MOCVD processes Develop and refine growth and re-growth processes for improved performance and reliability  Establish critical-to-function process parameters.  Recommend process/equipment improvements.  Provide training/mentoring to operators.  Give direction to equipment technicians and participate in equipment maintenance and repair.  Develop and implement process controls.  Use characterization tools (Photoluminescence, DCXRD and CV profiling) Qualifications:  3 to 5 years experience in MOCVD epitaxy MS or Ph.D. in Material Science or Chemical Engineering/Chemistry 5+ years hands-on experience with GaAs and InP based materials.  Familiarity with basic statistics (SPC PRFERRED.)  Problem solving skills. · Strong communication skills.  How to Apply: Email resume and salary requirement to [Contact Information Removed]
