scenic road parallel to the Gallatin River.

Ground Transportation
Karst Stage/4X4 Stage will provide shuttle service for AACG16 at
the Big Sky Resort, Montana. Their counter is conveniently located
inside the passenger terminal just beyond baggage claim. Karst
Stage serves all arriving and departing flights at Gallatin Field
(Bozeman) Airport. A wait of up to forty-five minutes may be
necessary in some cases after arriving at the airport. Reservations
are required by July 1, 2005 and should be made on the Airport
Shuttle page on their web site
www.karststage.com. All online
reservations will be confirmed by email. If you fail to make a
reservation we will put you on a shuttle as soon as we have space

The rate for AACG16 is $65.00/person round trip or $38.00/person
one-way if arriving on 7/9 or 7/10 and departing on 7/14 or 7/16.
Shuttles will be available for those arriving before, arriving or
departing during, or departing after the guaranteed dates - at a
higher rate based upon the number of passengers per shuttle. To
qualify for the conference rate be sure to enter AACG16 in the
Conference or Group box at the bottom of the online reservation
form. All online reservations will be confirmed by email. A
MasterCard or Visa card is required to guarantee your reservations.
They accept MC, Visa, traveler's checks and cash.
Please print your confirmation letter, read it over carefully
and take it with you when you travel. Check in at the Karst Stage
counter immediately (before claiming your luggage) upon arrival at
the airport. You will be issued a return ticket when you check-in
with your pick-up date, time and location. Big Sky is 53 miles from
the airport and the drive will take approximately one hour and
fifteen-minutes. Your return shuttle will be scheduled to get
you to the Bozeman Airport approximately 1½ hours before your
flight departs.
Cancellation policy:
No penalty for shuttles cancelled 24 hours or more prior to
departure from the airport. No refund will be issued for shuttles
cancelled with less than 24 hours advance notice. Please call their
toll free number (located on your email confirmation letter) if you
are delayed, miss a flight or your flight is cancelled.

- For persons 2, 3 and 4, just $5 each additional (4 person total = $80)
