Two excursions are planned for Tuesday afternoon at an additional cost. Buses for each trip will leave Big Sky around 1:00 and return by dinnertime. Please sign up at the registration site or, if you decide to participate in either excursion subsequent to registration, contact Laura Bonner at [Contact Information Removed] and tell her the excursion for which you want to register.

Excursion 1: Touring Yellowstone National Park

Traveling by bus to the Park, we will visit some of the classic landmarks including Old Faithful geyser basin, Yellowstone Lake, and the Upper and Lower Falls of the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. To accommodate those who would prefer to hike than tour, we will arrange a drop-off and pick-up point that allows for hiking near the Firehole River. The $45.00 cost of the excursion includes a transportation costs, park entrance fee, and a box lunch.

Excursion 2: Whitewater rafting on the Galatin River

Spend the afternoon running the rapids of the historic Galatin River with Geyser Whitewater Expeditions. The $55.00 cost includes transportation, all necessary wet gear, and a box lunch.
