*Note: to qualify for the student rate, the student must agree to assist local arrangements people with 2 hours of setup duties.
 
The regular registration includes a copy of the collected abstracts, a copy of the Proceedings for either the OMVPE-12 Workshop or ACCGE-16, a Banquet Ticket, welcome social, continental breakfasts, coffee service and other conference amenities. Student registrations do not include the proceedings or banquet. Additional banquet tickets are $75 and additional copies of either of the proceedings are $60.
 
To Register:
To register for the conference, you will need to create an account at www.meetingassistant.com/accge. The same account will allow you to register to attend and submit/edit your abstracts.
 
Important Note:
Some international visitors may require visas to enter the United States. They are strongly encouraged to apply for the necessary travel documents well in advance of the conference. Visa approval may take up to 9 months in some cases. Letters from the conference in support of visa applications may be obtained from the Conference Executive Administrator, Lori Bonner For further information on visa applications to the US please see http://www7.nationalacademies.org/visas/. Online registration will be available on January 1, 2005.
 
Financial Aid:
A limited amount of financial assistance will be available for accepted presenters with demonstrated financial need.
