Invited papers will be presented orally; a total of 40 minutes is allowed in the schedule for invited papers. Presenters should plan on speaking for approximately 35 minutes and allow 5 minutes for questions. Contributed papers presented orally are allowed 20 minutes in the schedule. Presenters should plan on speaking for 15 minutes, and allowing 5 minutes for questions. Session chair-persons will be expected to enforce these time limits, question periods may be limited or eliminated for speakers who overrun the scheduled time.

A public address system (audio amplification) will be provided in the conference room. The conference room will be equipped to project either 8.5 x 11 inch overhead transparencies, or composite video (directly from a laptop computer). A PC will be provided for those who wish to bring their presentation on a CD ROM, or individual presenters may connect their own PC to the projection system. Each session chair will assist presenters with projection arrangements prior to the start of a session.

Due to time constraints, many of the contributed papers will be presented in a poster session. Bulletin boards approximately 6 feet wide, and 4 feet high will be provided for each poster presentation. Authors should be prepared with tacks or other hardware to attach their posters to these boards.

Abstracts (1 page MS-Word, Title ps 14; Authors, Institution, & text ps 12, may include figures) for contributed papers should be submitted directly to either of the program chairs.
