ß A wide variety of social programs are planned for the conferees and
accompanying persons to allow informal interactions and provide
opportunities for all to enjoy the wonders of the Southwest.
Planned activities include:
- Sunday, July 20
- Welcome Reception - A Welcome Reception will be held from
6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in River Run plaza. This activity is open
(and free) to all conference participants and registered accompanying
persons.

- Monday, July 21
- Vendor Reception - A Vendors’ Reception will be held from 5:30
to 7:30 p.m. in Longs Peak ballroom. This activity is open (and free)
to all conference participants

- Tuesday, July 22
- Conference Banquet - The Conference Banquet (included with regular
registration) will be held Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. with a reception
at 6:00 p.m. The Banquet, which is a barbecue buffet, will be held
outside in a grassy area (unless inclement weather causes it to be moved
indoors). Casual apparel, with a light jacket or sweater is appropriate.
