Introduction to the Conference
The Fifteenth American Conference on Crystal Growth and
Epitaxy, ACCGE-15, will provide a forum for the presentation
and discussion of recent research and development activities
in all aspects of bulk crystal growth and epitaxial thin film
growth, with sessions integrating fundamentals, experimental
and industrial growth processes, characterization, and applications.
Contributed papers will be accepted in all relevant areas. In
addition to focused sessions listed in the call for papers, other
sessions will be organized based upon the topical distribution of
contributed papers. The conference will include both oral and poster
sessions.
(The deadline for submitting abstracts for the poster session has
passed.)
This year for the first time the ACCGE meeting will be held jointly
with the the 11th Biennial (US) Workshop on Organometallic Vapor Phase
Epitaxy, and the 3rd International Symposium on Laser and Nonlinear
Optical Materials. The format of the joint conference will consist of
5 parallel sessions, 3 for ACCGE, and one each for the other two meetings.
The three meetings will all be held in the Keystone Conference Center. A
single registration fee will permit attendees to attend any session in
any of the three meetings.
