Introduction to the Conference
The ACCGE-13 will provide a forum for the presentation and discussion of recent research
and development activities in all aspects of bulk crystal growth and epitaxial thin film
growth, with sessions integrating fundamentals, experimental and industrial growth
processes, characterization, and applications. Contributed papers will be accepted in all
relevant areas. In addition to focused sessions, sessions will be organized based on the
topical distribution of contributed papers. The conference will include both oral and
poster sessions. In addition, there will be an Industrial Exhibit of
apparatus, materials and services of interest to the crystal growth
community.
