ACCGE-12 Poster Presentation Instructions:
1. Poster board spaces are 4' x 4' in area. Please be sure that your poster fits in this space.
2. Bring the final copy of your poster to the meeting. There are no facilities to prepare posters on site.
3. Poster boards will be available for poster mounting on Monday
morning, August 14. Please set up your poster by 2:00 pm on Tuesday,
August 15. All supplies
needed for mounting posters will be in the room.
4. The poster boards will have numbers on them. Check the list
in the room to determine the number of your poster. You can also
find your poster number in the
final program that you will receive at the meeting. Please mount your
poster in the correct space.
5. The poster session is on Tuesday, August 15 from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Please plan to attend the session to answer any questions.
6. Posters must be removed on Wednesday morning before 11:00 am.
