June 30-July 14, 2000 Manuscripts forwarded for review with 3-4 week requested review deadline
August 13-18, 2000 Reviewed manuscripts returned to authors for review; on-site review for papers not previously reviewed and return to authors 
September 8, 2000 Deadline for submission of final manuscript with all required corrections and figures
