Responsibilities Develop advanced crystal growth technology to decrease the Silicon grams/watt. Process control of the crystal growth – multi and mono. Interact with the capacity expansion team to ensure the manufacturing processes are based state of the art technology. Actively involved in the safety and technical review of the expansion projects. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in crystal growth technology development. Well conversant with casting and single crystal growth techniques, manufacturing processes and equipment. Proven experience in leading a team of technologists and working with cross functional teams. Conversant with thermal modeling, defects in silicon, characterization and the impact on the device performance. The candidate should have an advanced degree in engineering or materials science. At least 10 years of experience in crystalline silicon area. Good communication skills in English, written and oral. Knowledge of mandarin will be a plus.
