Manufacturing Process Engineer, Phillips Lumileds

Philips Lumileds currently has an opening for a Manufacturing Process Engineer working on III-V epitaxial processes. Duties include but not limited to:

  • MOCVD epi growth of LED devices in a high volume manufacturing environment.
  • Leading critical yield improvement projects.
  • Collaborating with R&D on transfers/proliferation on new processes.
  • Collaborating with maintenance technicians and operations staff on maximizing productivity.
  • Working in a cross-functional and international team.
Requirements:
  • MS or higher degree in Engineering, Material Science or related field.
  • Experience in III-V epitaxy and optoelectronics devices
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • 2+ years of work experience in As/P epitaxay and optoelectronics preferred
