Philips Lumileds currently has an opening for a Manufacturing Process Engineer
working on III-V epitaxial processes. Duties include but not limited to:
- MOCVD epi growth of LED devices in a high volume manufacturing environment.
- Leading critical yield improvement projects.
- Collaborating with R&D on transfers/proliferation on new processes.
- Collaborating with maintenance technicians and operations staff
on maximizing productivity.
- Working in a cross-functional and international team.
Requirements:
- MS or higher degree in Engineering, Material Science or related field.
- Experience in III-V epitaxy and optoelectronics devices
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- 2+ years of work experience in As/P epitaxay and optoelectronics preferred
