Crystal Growing Engineer

Reporting to the V.P. of Operations, in the role of “Crystal Growing Engineer” ~ (This position is in one of the largest productions sites for solar modules). Your principal function is to optimize the Czochralski Silicon Crystal Growing process with respect to yields, quality, productivity and cost. Optimization includes recipe revisions, equipment upgrades and improvements, consumable part usage reduction, process and personal ergonomics, safety considerations, development of new process working directly with vendors, improvement in metrology tools and collaboration with customer to improve their cost, quality and yields. Additionally, you would have the opportunity to present information and interact with professional with in the industry.

Ideal candidate would have a BS in Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineers, material science or related fields. They must have experience with the CZ process in a high production environment. Great experience to interact with multi-disciplinary teams to innovate solutions.
