Work for a key contributor to the Gallium Arsenide/Wafer Fabrication industry that
prides itself in producing top quality products, continuous process improvement,
and customer satisfaction.
Candidates will be responsible for providing engineering support to existing
manufacturing processes relevant to crystal growth/GaAs, developing advanced
processes that increase production, developing new equipment and modifying
existing equipment through design and experimentation, defining critical materials,
working with vendors to design and supply parts, and working with customers to
ensure top quality products are provided.
Qualified candidates will have an advanced degree in Chemistry, Engineering,
Material Science, or Physics, three to five years experience with wafer fabrication
in a semiconductor environment, and a working knowledge of Gallium Arsenide.
Growth or slicing experience is preferred.
