I’m recruiting for three
polysilicon manufacturers located in the USA and in Asia. Looking for
those with polysilicon production plant experience as a crystal grower.
Crystal Grower Requirements:
* Hands on experience in crystal
growth techniques with polysilicon
* Growth apparatus design and
construction experience
* CZ or FB methods
In addition I have multiple
positions at various levels (i.e. CTO, Production Manager, Si Crystal
Grower, Research Engineer, Chief Engineer, Silicon Tetrachloride conversion,
R&D, Technology Engineer, etc.). Depending on role degrees
vary from BS to PhD.
